This programme is designed by Octus to address the needs of those in Management or Supervisory positions who are looking for guidance on how to better manage team performance. It focuses on performance improvement through effective communication and SMART goal setting. The course also emphasizes best practices to motivate your staff, monitor their performance, and coach them to achieve better results. Although this seems highly theoretical, the programme has several opportunities for attendees to implement their learnings through case studies, roleplay exercises, and more.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand how to formalize performance management in a Performance Management System
