In order to help clients develop the skills necessary for this, Octus is proud to offer a training course on Interpersonal Skills. This course aims to help people develop the skills necessary to effectively work with others in situations that focus on, but are not limited to, the workplace. By understanding the perspectives of others and aligning ones actions and communications to balance these, it is possible to build significantly stronger professional relationships

•  Students learn methods to recoganise the personalities and communication preferences of their peers
