Confidence is often stated as being among the most important traits in leadership, but it also plays an important role in other positions. After all, who is more likely to produce work at their highest: a confident employee or one who is not? The Octus Confidence and Self Esteem course delves deep into communication styles and skills, explores interpersonal interactions, and suggests techniques to boost Confidence in the personal and professional spheres of life.
Learning Outcomes:
- Participants will develop the ability to express their opinions with confidence and respect, while understanding the differences between assertiveness and aggression
- Participants will understand the impacts of self-destructive behaviors such as negative thinking and self-talk and learn measures to control these behaviors and eventually eradicate them
- Enhance communication skills with the intent of gaining confidence when addressing groups of people or people with difficult behaviors
- Develop a sense of personal importance and self-respect
