Strong interview skills are as important as professional competence and level of experience. Without the ability to communicate effectively and sell yourself during an interview, the results are less likely to be satisfactory. The Interviewing Skills programme from Octus is designed to illustrate effective interviewing practices to trainees and then help them hone these in preparation for an actual interview.
