Description
The Problem and Conflict Solving workshop from Octus is an excellent introduction to the various techniques of problem solving and conflict resolution. The course blends theoretical and practical applications of techniques in analysing problems and matching solutions to a given set of constraints. The training program, which culminates in a case study exercise, gives participants the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a practical scenario.
